Fourth, if the bearings need to be stored for a long time, it is recommended to store them on a shelf 30cm above the ground under the conditions of humidity below 65% and temperature around 20℃. At the same time, the storage place should avoid direct sunlight and avoid contact with cold walls.

Fifth, during the bearing maintenance process, the steps for cleaning the bearings are as follows: a. When removing the bearing for inspection, first record the appearance by photography or other methods. At the same time, confirm the amount of remaining lubricant, sample the lubricant, and then clean it. b. The cleaning of the bearing is divided into rough cleaning and fine cleaning, and a metal grid can be placed at the bottom of the container. c. When doing rough cleaning, use a brush or other tool in the oil to remove grease or adhesives. Note that if the bearing is rotated in the oil, the rolling surface may be damaged by foreign matter. d. When doing fine cleaning, the bearing needs to be rotated slowly in the oil and done carefully. Neutral water-free diesel or kerosene is usually used as a cleaning agent, and sometimes warm alkali solution is used as needed. Regardless of the cleaning agent used, it should be filtered frequently to keep it clean. e. After cleaning, anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease should be applied to the bearing immediately.
